Ce développement modifie la page de réception des commandes afin que plusieurs commandes puissent être sélectionnées et traitées à la fois.

Les commandes sélectionnées peuvent être parcourues à l'aide des boutons ajoutés "Commande suivante" et "Commande précédente".

Après avoir édité chaque commande, sans recharger la page ni avoir à les rechercher à nouveau, un bouton « Confirmer » pratique nous permet de recevoir toutes les commandes en même temps.

Cela ouvre la porte à de nouvelles améliorations comme l'ajout d'actions par défaut sur toutes les commandes sélectionnées, etc.

Cela ajoute la possibilité d'ajouter des champs supplémentaires définis par l'utilisateur aux lignes de commande dans le module d'acquisition. Les champs peuvent être configurés comme des champs de texte libre ou des listes déroulantes pilotées par des valeurs autorisées. Ils peuvent également extraire des informations de la notice MARC ou vous permettre de créer et de modifier un champ dans la notice MARC.

Cela permet de créer des alias pour un fournisseur. Les alias peuvent être d'anciens noms ou des orthographes différentes du nom. Une fois ajoutés, ils s'afficheront sur la page de détail du fournisseur. Et ils seront inclus dans la recherche lors de la recherche par le nom d'un fournisseur.

Cela ajoute la possibilité de créer des interfaces pour les fournisseurs. Une interface est un site Web, un logiciel ou un portail que vous utilisez pour gérer les commandes ou recueillir des statistiques auprès du fournisseur ou de l'organisation. Les interfaces peuvent également inclure des noms d'utilisateur et des mots de passe, qui seront chiffrés pour le stockage, mais peuvent être déchiffrés et rendus visibles dans l'interface du personnel. Le type d'une interface peut être défini à l'aide de la catégorie de valeurs autorisées VENDOR_INTERFACE_TYPE.

Lors de la réception d'un article avec un prix dans une devise étrangère, vous aviez déjà la possibilité de calculer le prix dans la devise active, mais le prix et la devise d'origine n'étaient pas stockés. Ils seront désormais stockés dans la facture_unitprice et la facture_currency dans la table aqorders.

Cela ajoute une case à cocher "Inclure archivé" à tous les onglets de filtre de recherche pour les suggestions dans l'interface du personnel.

Ajoute un lien vers la page du groupe de paniers à partir de la page récapitulative du panier.

Si un groupe de panier contient plusieurs lignes de commande, cela assurera :

• Le numéro de page au bas de la première page n'est pas masqué.
• Le tableau des articles commandés ne commence pas au milieu de la deuxième page.

Le "Type de document" d'une suggestion sera désormais visible dans la liste des suggestions acceptées lors de la création d'une nouvelle ligne de commande. Cela vous aidera à commander le bon type de matériau et également à choisir le bon type d'article.

Cela ajoute la possibilité de limiter l'édition d'éléments aux utilisateurs du personnel des bibliothèques au sein d'un groupe de bibliothèques spécifique. Cela se fait via une nouvelle option lors de la création de groupes d'éléments. Il existe également une nouvelle préférence système edit_any_item qui permet aux utilisateurs de modifier tous les éléments d'un enregistrement indépendamment des groupes de bibliothèques et de leur propre bibliothèque personnelle.

Cette nouvelle fonctionnalité permet aux bibliothécaires de choisir un champ de note à utiliser pour stocker des "avertissements de contenu" concernant les notices biblio.

La nouvelle préférence système ContentWarningField peut être définie sur n'importe quel champ MARC, bien que pour MARC21, un 59X soit recommandé. On peut ajouter ledit champ aux grilles et il sera affiché de manière appropriée avec l'étiquette "Avertissement de contenu :" dans l'OPAC et l'interface du personnel sur les pages de détails et de résultats. Nous masquons le sous-champ x de l'OPAC car il est souvent utilisé comme « note privée » dans d'autres champs de note et nous nous occupons également de transformer le contenu d'un sous-champ « u » en un lien cliquable si vous souhaitez l'utiliser. Les autres sous-champs sont simplement affichés en ligne lorsqu'ils sont présents.

Cela ajoute l'en-tête de recherche à la page de l'éditeur de catalogage. Avec la récente refonte de l'interface du personnel, cela prend très peu de place.

Afin de contrôler/limiter le volume de messages envoyés par Koha, ce rapport oblige le paramètre limit de process_message_queue (et la routine associée dans Letters) à regarder le nombre de messages réellement envoyés, non traités. Il ajoute également la possibilité de retarder les messages vers des domaines spécifiés en fonction des limites définies dans koha-conf.xml (voir la section d'exemple ajoutée dans cet ensemble de correctifs). Par exemple, vous pouvez définir que chaque minute, seuls 30 messages sont envoyés à outlook.com ou 50 messages par heure à gmail.com, etc. Cela aidera à réduire les e-mails différés ou rejetés en raison du dépassement des limites de divers fournisseurs de messagerie.

Cela donne à l'utilisateur final plus de retour visuel lorsqu'un formulaire est soumis dans eRM.

Cette amélioration permet à un utilisateur de sélectionner les types de débit à inclure pour décider si un lecteur doit être interdit de prêt (préférence système noissuescharge). Trois préférences système existantes ont été supprimées (ManInvInNoissuesCharge, RentalsInNoissuesCharge, HoldsInNoissuesCharge) et la gestion des types de débit se trouve désormais dans la zone Types de débit des préférences système. L'utilisateur peut modifier chaque type de débit et choisir s'il doit être inclus dans le calcul sans frais, ce qui donne aux utilisateurs beaucoup plus de flexibilité sur les restrictions.

      Cette amélioration ajoute la cotde de l'exemplaire aux onglets « transactions » et « effectuer un paiement » dans le compte du lecteur, si la charge est liée à un exemplaire particulier.
      
      Si besoin, il est possible de masquer cette colonne en allant dans Administration > Paramétrage des tables > Adhérents > Page : amendes >
      Identifiant de la table : compte-amendes ou Administration > Paramètres des tables > Clients > Page : payer > Identifiant de la table : payer-amendes-table.

Cette amélioration supprime une incohérence dans l'affichage des réservations à traiter en ajoutant un code de collection aux colonnes affichées.

Cette nouvelle fonctionnalité montre à un usager combien il a économisé en utilisant la bibliothèque plutôt qu'en achetant des documents. Les économies sont calculées en fonction des prix de remplacement des exemplaires. Utilisez des espaces réservés pour plusieurs feuilles de style personnalisées pour différentes langues ({langcode}) et types d'autorité ({authtypecode}).

Les contributeurs peuvent désormais voir leur nom d'utilisateur dans l'onglet "Données personnelles" de l'OPAC.

Cela peut leur être masqué à l'aide de la préférence système PatronSelfModificationBorrowerUnwantedField, si nécessaire.

Ceci permet de trier l'historique de prêt par auteur.

Cette amélioration ajoute la possibilité de rediriger les utilisateurs vers l'endroit où ils se trouvaient lors de l'utilisation des connexions de type modal à la place d'une action nécessitant une connexion sur l'OPAC.

Exemple : sur la page de détails de l'OPAC, vous pouvez ajouter des commentaires si vous êtes connecté. Avant ce correctif, cliquer sur le lien pour ajouter un commentaire avant d'être connecté exposerait le mode de connexion, puis vous redirigerait vers votre page d'utilisateur OPAC, et ainsi perdrait le contexte de votre action. Avec cette amélioration, vous êtes redirigé vers l'enregistrement que vous consultiez et pouvez ensuite poster votre commentaire.

Cette amélioration garantit que les lecteurs sont renvoyés à la bonne page de détails de la notice bibliographique après une connexion qui est demandée lorsqu'ils tentent de commenter une notice bibliographique.

Ceci ajoute un nouveau hook patron_generate_userid qui permet d'avoir une méthode personnalisée pour générer le userid pour un compte adhérent.

Avec ce patch, il est désormais possible d'ajouter un formatage CSS à la lettre de quitus. Le style CSS peut être ajouté directement dans la lettre DISCHARGE dans l’outil Notifications et tickets. La feuille de style CSS ajoutée dans la préférence système NoticeCSS sera également appliquée au PDF de sortie.

A noter que la fonctionnalité de quitus nécessite désormais le module weasyprint.

Cette amélioration ajoute une nouvelle préférence système EmailFieldPrecedence, qui permet aux bibliothèques de définir l'ordre dans lequel les adresses e-mail des usagers sont utilisées lors de la sélection de « premier valide » dans EmailFieldPrimary (anciennement AutoEmailPrimaryAddress).

Il peut être utile de savoir d'où dans Koha une action enregistrée a été générée et comment. Cette amélioration ajoute des stack trace aux journaux d'actions. Pour l'utiliser, ajoutez un nombre pour la profondeur de trace (par exemple 3) à la nouvelle préférence système ActionLogsTraceDepth. Les détails de la trace sont disponibles en interrogeant la base de données, par exemple :

      SELECT * FROM action_logs WHERE trace IS NOT NULL ;

Cela ajoute une fonctionnalité de saisie semi-automatique à l'éditeur de rapports SQL. Cela fonctionne pour les tables et les colonnes. Pour les colonnes, vous devrez commencer par le nom de la table, comme les emprunteurs. L'éditeur vous proposera ensuite les colonnes de la table des emprunteurs. La fonction de saisie semi-automatique fonctionnera également lorsque les tables auront été renommées.

Améliore l'affichage des informations sur le titre dans la recherche d'exemplaires en ajoutant un sous-titre, titre de partie, numéro de partie et support à l'affichage.

Lorsque IncludeSeeFromInSearches est activé, il y aura une note sous le premier formulaire de recherche sur la recherche avancée dans l'interface du personnel et OPAC.

Cela modifie le comportement de la recherche et du tri des titres (Titre (A-Z)) dans l'OPAC et l'interface professionnelle lors de l'utilisation d'Elasticsearch ou d'Open Search. La recherche de titres utilise désormais uniquement 245 (pour MARC 21) et 200 (pour UNIMARC). Auparavant, d'autres champs de titre pouvaient affecter l'ordre de recherche, par exemple 240$a en MARC21.

Pour effectuer cette modification pour les installations existantes, réinitialisez les mappings du moteur de recherche (Administration > Catalogue > Configuration du moteur de recherche (Elasticsearch) > Réinitialiser les mappings (faites défiler vers le bas de la page)) et reconstruisez l'index de recherche (koha-elasticsearch –rebuild - d-b-a). Si vous avez personnalisé la configuration du moteur de recherche, pensez à les enregistrer ou à les sauvegarder AVANT de réinitialiser les mappages.

      With this patch the descriptions of system internal credit and debit types will be translated into the selected language at installation time. This will only affect new installations and SQL reporting. If you are building your own SQL reports, you’ll be able to pull the descriptions from the tables.

      It also makes sure, that all system internal debit and credit types appear translated in the GUI. This now also includes the administration pages for managing credit and debit types. Some descriptions for discount, payout, purchase, and void were missing. These have now also been added.

This was supposed to be a quiet release, fixing things the challenging previous release had left unpolished…

… but it wasn’t. We cannot help but want to move faster and provide the users with more and more features.
